Pokeddex Day 11: Favourite Water Type How can you not love this doofus? I chose him kind of reluctantly at the beginning of Soul Silver, but he stuck with me and became a ferocious beast that got me all the way to the end. Confession: The first game I played all the way through was SS (I know. I didn’t have a game boy in my youth), so that makes Totodile my first legit starter. (I had played through half of Fire Red before that with Bulbasaur, but I don’t value him as much. You know what’s crazy though? I found out later that I had unknowingly given them both the same name: Benjamin.)
